Nordic Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our team as Director of Enterprise Sales for the Nordics. As a key member of our Central (DACH & Nordics) Management team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy and execution in the Nordics region.
This role offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities, including:
- Leadership Opportunities:
- Lead a dynamic team of sales executives to achieve outstanding results
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and pipeline development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of industry-related sales experience, including 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Business or fluent Swedish & English expected
- Enterprise SAAS and/or complex software transformation solution sales background
- Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ideally thought leadership on Cloud Modernization and AI Transformation
