  3. Drive strategic direction for sales pipelines, overseeing key pursuits and ensuring effective execution.
  4. Manage budgets, cost controls, and pipeline reporting to monitor financial and non-financial performance metrics.
  5. Represent Siemens in management review boards, strategic customer accounts, and marketing conferences.
  6. Collaborate on defining multi-year sales strategies and business plans, adapting to market reactions and managing commercial risks.
