We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at MBR Partners. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our client's presence in the market.

You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients. Your strong network and relationship-building skills will enable you to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including executives, coaches, and influencers.

To succeed in this role, you must be an innovative problem-solver, able to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will allow you to effectively convey your ideas and persuade clients to adopt our client's software and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, coaches, and influencers.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  4. Solve complex business challenges using creative and innovative approaches.
  5. Effectively communicate and present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of sales experience selling software or services to Telia (any of BSS, CX, PCRF, DPI, OSS, Service Assurance, Orchestration, Inventory, 5G slicing, etc).
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  3. Strong network and relationship-building skills.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Fluent English (verbal and written); proficiency in languages relevant to the accounts/region is preferable.
