About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our EMEA region and drive new business sales growth. As a Senior Director Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of direct sales executives and developing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI to drive sales growth and make a significant impact on our company's success. You will be responsible for leading direct sales executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing sales operations effectively.

  • Lead a team of direct sales executives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new business growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at C-level
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and develop effective sales strategies
