About the Role

TN Sweden is looking for a dynamic sales leader to lead our key account sales activities in Scandinavia. As Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic sales plan for certain key accounts, aligning with the sales team to execute overall financial targets for the Scandinavian hockey business across all product categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Budget planning and management for the KA's.
  • Product forecasting and demand planning.
  • Coordinating with marketing to ensure brand exposure and awareness.
  • Collaborating with sport marketing manager to support regional activities.
  • Communicating customer strategies and tactics to internal teams.
  • Coordinating with European HQ support functions and distribution center.
