Are you a results-driven sales executive looking for a challenging opportunity to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results?

As a Senior Sales Executive at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Nordics, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, directly engaging with directors and senior decision-makers on the client side, and collaborating with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with top e-commerce brands;
  • Directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;
  • Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
  • Contribute to strategy and growth as a digital market leader in the Nordic region;
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business while reporting on sales process status for potential new customers;
  • Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
  • Participate in major industry events.
What We're Looking For
  • Years of seasoned experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with demonstrated success in selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations with a consultative selling approach;
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles;
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above), other Scandinavian languages are a plus;
  • Recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level.
