TN Sweden is seeking a seasoned sales lead to drive business growth by delivering top-notch digital advertising solutions to e-commerce brands in the Nordics.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, directly engaging with directors and senior decision-makers on the client side, and collaborating with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with top e-commerce brands;
  • Directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;
  • Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
  • Contribute to strategy and growth as a digital market leader in the Nordic region;
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business while reporting on sales process status for potential new customers;
  • Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
  • Participate in major industry events.
What We're Looking For
  • Years of seasoned experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with demonstrated success in selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations with a consultative selling approach;
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles;
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above), other Scandinavian languages are a plus;
  • Recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level.
