We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our regional business development efforts in the Nordics. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the market while driving revenue growth.
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive growth and close high-value deals. You will need to navigate long sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new named accounts and expand existing business relationships.
- Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to build trust and drive high-value negotiations.
- Navigate long sales cycles (3-12 months) with a solution-oriented sales approach.
- Several years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within software, cloud solutions, or business integration services.
- Proven track record in closing large, complex enterprise deals and working with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to drive deals through extended sales cycles.
- A competitive compensation package, including a strong commission structure and incentives.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment, working closely with senior leadership.
