We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional to join our EMEA Account Executive team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will own your pipeline and close deals by balancing self-generated pipeline efforts with outbound prospecting. You will focus on companies that already use Mentimeter, identifying the right people and turning existing usage into long-term value.

Your key responsibilities include managing a pipeline of 20-30 active opportunities, maintaining 3x quota coverage, and working closely with SDRs to target high-potential accounts. You will lead sales conversations that uncover needs and drive deals forward, selling on value rather than just usage. You will also become an expert in our three value spaces: Impactful Learning, Engaging Leadership Communication, and Efficient Meetings.

We prioritize real business impact over simply converting free users. As a member of our high-performing sales culture, you will take ownership of your performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win deals.
