We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic account development and outbound prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue high-potential accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Working collaboratively with our SDR team to target high-potential accounts and drive strategic outbound efforts.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers at these organizations to uncover their needs and drive deals forward.
  • Prioritizing real business impact over simply converting free users, focusing on value-based selling to solve real business challenges.
