Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Lead to join our team at adidas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a key account, working closely with the marketing team to drive and increase brand visibility and sell-out both in-store and online.

Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services for the account to maximize revenue and profitability. You will also be responsible for tracking KPIs for accounts, regularly reviewing progress against targets, and implementing actions as needed.

Candidates Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail experience in sales/key account management.
  • Current budget responsibility ownership & forecasting experience.
  • Strategic thinking and planning: Ability to build and execute short-, mid-, and long-term Strategic Account Plans. Grow order book build and maximize Sell Out.
  • Commercial metrics/data skills: Proficiency in sales, margin, inventory management & KPI tracking.
  • Systems & Software: Experience with SAP, Sales Tools, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
