Account Executive Lead

The Senior Account Executive's role involves prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to named key customers in Sweden. A trusted advisor is expected to become, understanding how SAP can help customers reach their desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop effective account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  2. Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value.
  3. Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  4. Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  5. Support all SAP promotions and events in the territory.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in selling complex business software / IT solutions.
  2. Strong experience in C-level conversations and negotiations.
  3. Proven track records in business application software sales for Cloud/SaaS solutions.
  4. Several years of Large Account Management experience / leading account teams.
  5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.

Education and Qualifications

  1. Master's degree or equivalent in a suitable field – business process understanding is needed.
  2. Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively communicate in every environment.
