Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software, a deep understanding of digitalization trends in Autodesk target industries, and the ability to build high-value relationships at multiple levels of an organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute plans to achieve assigned financial targets.
  • Manage your team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach your team on a regular basis.
  • Lead by example and engage with customer executives to support the account team in implementing account strategy.
