Named Accounts Business Lead

TN Sweden is looking for a strategic leader to drive growth with our largest customers in the Nordics. As a Named Accounts Business Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve assigned financial targets.
Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software, a deep understanding of digitalization trends in Autodesk target industries, and the ability to build high-value relationships at multiple levels of an organization.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute plans to achieve assigned financial targets.
- Manage your team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach your team on a regular basis.
- Lead by example and engage with customer executives to support the account team in implementing account strategy.
