Job Overview

As a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue in the Nordics market. You will lead a team of sales professionals who will focus on expanding and developing existing named accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned financial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of business and technology trends in the Nordics market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
