At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Nordics team. As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for guiding growth with our largest customers in the region.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and/or use-based business models. You will also have a deep understanding of digitalization trends in Autodesk target industries and the ability to build high-value relationships at multiple levels of an organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a regional team consisting of Named Accounts Sales Executives (NASEs) to guide growth on the biggest accounts in the Nordics.
  • Achieving assigned financial targets by expanding and developing existing named accounts through a direct sales model.
  • Engaging and inspiring team members to look at near and long-term visions of the accounts by formulating appropriate account strategy.
