About the Role

Funnel is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Management Lead to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers to achieve sales targets and goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
