About the Role
Funnel is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Management Lead to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
