About The Role
The Key Account department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers. This includes collecting market information and supporting country managers and local Key Account teams in approaching local fleet customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their specific needs.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Managing existing accounts and meeting sales targets for region & local teams.
- Training and managing local Key Account members in designated regions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 7-10 years of experience in fleet business of automotive industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent individual with perfect interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and any Nordics language.
