We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager EMEA who will lead our Strategic Account Management team in achieving revenue growth goals. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.

We are seeking a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in managing B2B software teams with a focus on outbound sales. If you have a passion for growing businesses and leading high-performing teams, this could be the perfect role for you.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing B2B software teams with a similar deal size ($50,000 ARR and above) and a focus on outbound sales.
  • Upper midmarket and enterprise experience.
  • Experience working in the MarTech space.
  • Experience dealing with legal and procurement.
  • A proven track record of exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Demonstrated extensive formal leadership for a hyper-growth scale-up company.
