About the Job

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. As an Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners to drive business growth.

This role involves engaging in complex business-level discussions with C-level executives, utilizing data and insights to drive decision-making and showcase your entrepreneurial flair.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop opportunities for expanding existing partnerships, collaborating to build a winning proposition for the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships to drive business growth, identifying and managing opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to position Wolt as a partner of choice, leveraging your consultative sales approach to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations regarding partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competition and various verticals in the market to stay ahead of the curve, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize results.
  • Act as the partner representative's trusted advisor, developing and growing existing partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the local sales strategy, accelerating market penetration and driving business growth.

Our Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, business development, and negotiation, with experience in SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistic-related sales.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and the local language, with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
