Job Description

We are seeking a Tech Partnership Manager to support our Business Tech organization and hubs. The successful candidate will deliver significant business value throughout the product lifecycle by leveraging their experience in tech sourcing and procurement.

This role involves developing business cases, executing deals, and optimizing ongoing relationships with external partners. As a Tech Partnership Manager, you will utilize your leadership skills and commitment to collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Your focus will be on value creation, growth, and delivering exceptional customer and business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support leaders in defining commercial and partner strategies.
  2. Negotiate advantageous terms with external partners.
  3. Screen potential new partners and collaborations, focusing on tech partnerships.
  4. Establish strategic parameters for partner portfolios, ensuring optimal long-term management.
  5. Manage collaboration and performance according to frameworks, assessing risks versus expected business outcomes.
  6. Oversee risk management for partner and vendor contracts and agreements.
  7. Challenge existing commercial models and propose new strategies for optimizing tech partnerships.
  8. Devise negotiation strategies and processes tailored to each deal.
  9. Identify potential deal designs to meet objectives, such as risk aversion versus creating optionality.
  10. Manage dealmaking processes, including RFPs, tendering, and time planning.
  11. Ensure compliance with H&M Group Purchasing and Consultant Policy.
  12. Execute deals in alignment with initial objectives.
  13. Acquire knowledge of relevant technologies and business needs through supplier and market analyses.
  14. Monitor and act on spend analyses.
  15. Support the setup of collaboration and governance between product stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  16. Manage contract life cycles, including extensions, renegotiations, terminations, and call offs.
