The Role

As Senior Partnerships Manager for our §ntidote program, you will have a unique opportunity to experiment with new business models that leverage our network, expertise, and technology to grow other music catalogs via creator activations.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead the §ntidote activation program, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers (labels and artists) while balancing stream growth with monetization on YouTube.

  • Oversee the recruitment and building of strong relationships with ambassadors aligned with our vision, including negotiation and meeting expectations, striking a balance between reasonable ROI and creator incentives.

  • Contribute to developing a program that meets ambassador needs, such as curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, revenue-sharing, etc.

  • Collaborate with the §ntidote team to strategize and implement plans addressing customer and ambassador needs, fostering long-term program engagement.

  • Coordinate and represent the §ntidote team at creator events when possible, developing relationship-building activities within the community.

  • Meet and exceed an elevated sales target.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience from complex sales dynamics and new business development, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.

  • Experience working in the creator space and/or music industry is essential.

  • A deep understanding of the commercial ecosystem around YouTube, including music rights, MCNs, tool providers, etc.
