Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and develop strong, brand-building partnerships that contribute to Rituals' success.
  • Identify and establish new collaborations to enhance brand visibility and maximize value across multiple teams within the organization.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Pursue B2B sales, sponsorships, and product distribution through strategic initiatives such as events, discovery boxes, magazines, and brand partnerships.
  • Drive sampling projects to introduce new products to both existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage product orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize partnership performance.
