Luminar Ventures AB is seeking a dedicated Senior Partnership Manager to cultivate lasting partnerships with key banking institutions, accounting platforms, and ERP providers. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will identify and establish partnerships that drive commercial success and foster long-term collaborations.

With your extensive experience in business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute partnership strategies that maximize commercial success. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners will be essential in ensuring the success of our partnerships.

Key Deliverables

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • +6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles within the banking sector, fintech industry, or related high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial success through partnerships and sales activities.
  • Strong understanding of bank systems, operations, and partnership structures.
  • Highly data-driven, with advanced Excel and business modeling skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
