Multinational Partnership Director

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Team Lead to lead our Enterprise Key Account Management Team at Wolt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Enterprise function and driving commercial efforts for our largest multinational restaurant partners.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the Enterprise team, building strong relationships with key enterprise restaurants merchants, providing support and insights during negotiations, analyzing data to drive commercial and strategic discussions, setting local enterprise strategy to accelerate Wolt's market penetration, and continuously developing the function and tool kit to secure continued growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving commercial success. You will also possess strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, ability to analyze data and insights to drive sales and account performance, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and facilitating growth.
In this role, you will work closely with our Account Management team to ensure that we deliver maximum value and growth to our strategic restaurant partners through our partnership.
