Senior Strategic Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Æntidote program team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to experiment with new business models built to utilize our network, expertise, and technology to grow other music catalogs via Creator Activations.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading the development of our Æntidote activation program, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers (labels and artists).
You will recruit and build strong relationships with Ambassadors aligned with our vision, negotiating and meeting budget expectations, and balancing reasonable ROI with creator initiatives and fees.
You will contribute to developing a program that meets the ambassador needs, such as curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, and revenue sharing.
You will collaborate with the Æntidote team to strategize and implement plans that address these needs and foster ambassador motivation and long-term program engagement.
You will represent the Æntidote team at creator events and develop relationship-building activities within the community.
You will meet and exceed an elevated sales target.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
At least 5 years of experience in complex sales dynamics and new business development, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
Experience working in the creator space and/or music industry is essential.
A deep understanding of the commercial ecosystem around YouTube, including music rights, MCNs, tool providers, and more.
