Director of Account Development

As a Director Specialty & Regional Accounts at adidas Europe, you will have the opportunity to work with all categories, Sports & Lifestyle, with some of our Strategic & Category Specialty accounts, as well as some important regional partners.

You will be responsible for working closely with the marketing team to activate brand strategies and manage assigned categories/product segments, driving and increasing brand visibility and sell out both in store and online.

The ideal candidate will need to be a strategic thinker with a focus on commercial metrics/data skills, able to build and execute short-, mid-, and long-term Strategic Account Plans. They will need to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services for the accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong experience in developing other leaders, with a minimum of 5+ years of retail experience in a sales/key account management role, current/previous experience of managing leaders, and fluency in Danish & English.
