Job Description
The Account Director will be responsible for managing the customer relationship for one or several of our Automotive customers. This includes being the first level of escalation on existing projects, business development for new opportunities, and negotiation towards the customer on existing and new contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall customer relationship for one or several of our Automotive customers.
  • Be the first level of escalation on existing projects with the customer.
  • Develop business opportunities with the customer, including aligning technical roadmaps and driving RFI/RFQs.
  • Negotiate with the customer on existing and new contracts.

About The Team
The key account team is responsible for maintaining and developing our existing automotive customers. The team travels regularly to our customers' sites, as well as our main production site in Skellefteå.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA or M.Sc. in engineering, including business/finance studies or similar.
  • 10+ years working in Key account management for a Tier 1 supplier towards the Automotive industry.
  • Battery industry experience is valuable but not necessary.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • A bold problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact.
  • Strong leadership skills.
