Magnite is a leading digital advertising platform that enables agencies and brands to access high-quality ad inventory and execute billions of advertising transactions each month.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead relationships with senior clients and stakeholders within agency holding companies in the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth from agency-holding companies in the Nordics.
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, and Senior Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch new projects and ensure their success.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in online advertising, preferably with a background in account management or sales.
- A deep understanding of online advertising dynamics, campaign planning, and buying.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and trend spotting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
