About This Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Istanbul and surrounding areas. As a key member of our Tork business team, you will be responsible for driving profitable account growth, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, team management, and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Fluent in English, with no restrictions on travel.
