Nordic Sales Director

At LinkedIn, we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Hybrid Account Director in the Nordics. This role will be based in Stockholm.
As a Hybrid Account Director, you'll be responsible for generating new opportunities and handling current strategic customers within the Academic and Government Sector. You'll have proven experience selling complex solutions directly or with partners to this sector in the Nordic Region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple complex sales processes simultaneously
- Generating new opportunities within the Academic and Government Sector, both directly and through partners
- Articulating LinkedIn Talent Solutions value proposition to senior leaders within the public sector
- Prospecting relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Closing new business consistently at or above quota level
- Closing renewals of your existing customers
Basic Qualifications include 5+ years of applicable closing sales experience and fluency in Swedish and English. Preferred Qualifications include fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish, knowledge and experience in managing a highly complex sales process, and executive presence and business acumen.
