We're looking for a talented sales professional to join our team as a Hybrid Account Director in the Nordics. This role will be based in Stockholm.
As a Hybrid Account Director, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries and generating your own leads through outbound activity. You'll strategically approach municipalities, local governments, healthcare, and higher education institutions to build solutions helping them hire the best candidates in a cost-effective and time-efficient way.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing on a strategic plan for the territory
- Documenting and distributing competitive information
- Investing in colleagues and providing coaching and advice when needed
- Working to develop and circulate best practices that will be the foundation of this team
- Listening to the needs of the market and sharing insights with product and marketing teams
Basic Qualifications include 5+ years of applicable closing sales experience and fluency in Swedish and English. Preferred Qualifications include fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish, knowledge and experience in managing a highly complex sales process, and executive presence and business acumen.
