LinkedIn is seeking a skilled sales professional to fill the role of Hybrid Account Director in the Nordics. This position will be based in Stockholm.

As a Hybrid Account Director, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing on a strategic plan for the territory. You'll be responsible for articulating the value proposition of LinkedIn Talent Solutions to senior leaders within the public sector and building strong personal relationships with prospects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Assessing business opportunities and using data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment

Basic Qualifications include 5+ years of applicable closing sales experience and fluency in Swedish and English. Preferred Qualifications include fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish, knowledge and experience in managing a highly complex sales process, and executive presence and business acumen.
