The Job Overview:

As a Regional Growth Manager, you will drive growth in the Nordics region by discovering and cultivating new business opportunities within designated accounts. You will establish strong connections across various levels of the organization, engaging executives and decision-makers to understand their needs.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients through strategic logo acquisition and market penetration.
  • Guide the sales journey through prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Value Engineering or conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases.

The Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, particularly in expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new ones.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
