TN Sweden is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to join our team in the Nordic region.

As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for key accounts in the Nordic region.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to meet sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support from various business units.
  • MONITOR MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY TO PROVIDE VALUABLE MARKETING INTELLIGENCE.
  • DIGITALIZE AND OPTIMIZE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PROCESSES TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with experience in demand creation and account development.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH, WITH ABILITY TO NEGOTIATE AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS.
  • AUTHENTIC LEADER WITH STRATEGIC APPROACH, ABILITY TO THRIVE IN A COLLABORATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
