Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Crypto Growth Strategist to drive our marketing and growth strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.

  • You will develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans, including digital marketing, PR, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL marketing, and offline activation.
  • You will identify and track key metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • You will lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • You will own the entire user lifecycle management process, driving growth of our user base through acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies.
  • You will prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring all efforts are compliant and positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations.
Requirements
  • Marketing/Growth Experience: Proven experience in marketing and growth in the crypto industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate teams and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Crypto Passion: A passion for crypto and digital assets.
  • Project Management: Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
