About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Results-Driven Business Developer to join our team as a Customer Acquisition Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the creation of new opportunities and the acquisition of new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new customers to enroll in our courses, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with potential clients.
  2. Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, utilizing your expertise in CRM management to ensure strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads.
  3. Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve sales approach and objection handling skills, proposing fresh ideas to enhance our offerings and drive business growth.
  4. Event Participation: Participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products and assist in or lead webinars, showcasing your ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals (ideally BtoC clients).
  • Autonomous Leader with strong organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and the ability to inspire others, driving business success through effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Market Curiosity with interest in personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Sales Savvy with excellent understanding of customer decision-making process and eagerness to improve sales, influence, and negotiation skills, delivering outstanding results in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Digital Savvy with experience managing CRM and leading digital projects with tech teams, leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Growth over ego with open mindset to feedback, learning, and others' viewpoints, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Team Player with ability to work collaboratively, share successes, and treat victories and failures as collective experiences, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
