Job Responsibilities

The Talent Manager will be responsible for shaping our people strategy by driving talent acquisition initiatives and fostering internal development.

This role requires close collaboration with leadership, HR, and hiring managers to attract top talent and cultivate a thriving workforce.

We're seeking a professional who can develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs and growth goals.

  2. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
  3. Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
  4. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
  6. Manage employment agreements and job offers.
  7. Oversee external recruitment firms and vendors globally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a professional with proven experience in a dual talent acquisition and talent management role, preferably in tech.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret talent metrics to inform decision-making are essential.

The ideal candidate will also have proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and recruitment tools.

In addition, exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required.

A passion for fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and inclusivity is also necessary.
