About the Role

The Sales Director - Scandinavia will lead our sales efforts in Norway and Sweden, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

This role requires a strong understanding of the company's strategy and market trends in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, channel development, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's regional plans.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and implement quantitative goals and strategic objectives for the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including SAEs, RAEs, VSAMs, SEs, and Strategic/Regional PAMs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies to acquire new key accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics regularly, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Present business cases effectively to senior management audiences and coordinate internal stakeholders to develop account strategies.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles; 3+ years in channel development and stakeholder management.
