Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Data Platforms team as a Continuous Service Executive - Nordic Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing customers and driving up-sales and developing new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the product team to influence product development and ensure compliance with our bid processes and practices.

We are looking for individuals with solution sales experience and agile working methods, as well as experience in billing and order-to-delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the product team to influence product development.
  2. Manage existing customers throughout the contract's life cycle.
  3. Deliver according to contract and SLA's, driving up-sales, and developing existing customers.
  4. Ensure compliance with TN Sweden bid processes and practices.
  5. Contribute to the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish customer teams for Data Platforms as opportunities arise.
  6. Collaborate with Nordic colleagues and receive training based on knowledge in different Nordic countries.
  7. Participate in sales development, promoting innovative ideas for continuous improvement and training.
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with:

  1. Solution sales experience and agile working methods.
  2. Experience in billing and order-to-delivery processes.
  3. The ability to help customers harmonize and simplify digital connections in B2B business-critical processes.
  4. Knowledge of Customer Management and its application to sales processes.
  5. A proactive approach to work.
  6. The ability to handle multiple sales processes.
  7. Excellent communicative properties, fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
