Job Title: Incident Manager
\Job Summary: We are seeking an Incident Manager to join our team at King. In this role, you will drive the resolution of critical incidents impacting our services and players.

Key Responsibilities:
\The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Identifying and mitigating potential issues before they become incidents\
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement long-term solutions\
- Developing and maintaining incident response plans and procedures\
- Providing situational awareness and improving incident responses through stay-up-to-date knowledge of current events affecting our operations\
- Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders during critical incidents\
\
Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
\- \
- Experience in product management, development, or testing, with a broad technical understanding of software, hardware, tech product management, computer science, and coding experience\
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously\
- Experience working with all stages of a product lifecycle and Data Analytics/BI, with a strong understanding of game development and operations\
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows\
