Global Service Desk Manager

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Service Desk Manager to lead our IT support team. As the head of this department, you will be responsible for managing all service desks within the organization, ensuring high standardization and automation across delivery hubs.
The role reports directly to the VP Global SOC and works closely with colleagues Heads of SOC to ensure the delivery of Global SOC services.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan to consolidate different delivery hubs, ensuring the right amount of teams in the right place for a 24x7 EU and global delivery model.
- Tactical / Operational Management: Oversee capacity management, follow up on service quality, and actively engage in Service Improvements Plans impacting the service desk.
- People Management: Lead service desk team leaders and managers within Global Operations, including approximately 70 persons in 4 countries.
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of customer service organizations, people management skills, an international mindset, and culture understanding.
Additionally, you should possess experience leading large transformation projects in a multi-cultural and multi-geographical environment, as well as digital transformation, automation, and IA projects driving operational excellence and efficiency.
