Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and professional technical assistance to colleagues via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Utilize our ticketing system to document, track, and prioritize support requests.
  • Ensure seamless incident resolution, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software; laptops, conference systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • On- and offboarding, ensuring colleagues have the necessary access and equipment.
  • Maintenance and support of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance IT processes and user experience.
  • Provide training and guidance on IT best practices, security protocols, and system usage.
  • Continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk and other IT functions.
