We're on a mission to rewrite the financial system and drive global climate action at Doconomy. As an IT Service Desk Associate, you'll contribute to this impactful journey by providing top-notch technical support to our colleagues across the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and professional technical assistance to colleagues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Utilize our ticketing system to document, track, and prioritize support requests.
- Ensure seamless incident resolution, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software; laptops, conference systems, printers, and peripherals.
- On- and offboarding, ensuring colleagues have the necessary access and equipment.
- Maintenance and support of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance IT processes and user experience.
- Provide training and guidance on IT best practices, security protocols, and system usage.
- Continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk and other IT functions.
