The Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Doconomy DO in Stockholm. This full-time position involves delivering exceptional technical support to our employees through various channels.

Main Duties
  • Provide top-notch technical assistance to colleagues via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Document and manage support requests using the ticketing system.
  • Ensure seamless incident resolution within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software assets; laptops, conference systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support on- and offboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintenance and support of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaboration with other teams to enhance IT services and user experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network technologies.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, including Jira.
  • Google Workspace administration proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles.
  • Excellent communication and service skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
