This exciting opportunity requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will be the primary point of contact for visitors, handle front desk duties, and coordinate meetings and events.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Oversee daily facility maintenance, including kitchen, coffee machine maintenance, meeting room preparations, public areas, and printer rooms.
  • Office Administration: Manage office space, seating, and desk allocation, liaising with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external counterparts.
  • Visitor Management: Welcome and assist visitors, accompany external vendors, and maintain a professional atmosphere.
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up appointments, reserve conference rooms, arrange teleconferences, and provide refreshments and materials as needed.
  • Travel & Entertainment Administration: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, preparing and submitting T&E reports in a timely manner.
