Funktion och roll

Sr Service Desk Lead ska hantera dagliga IT-ärenden via HaloITSM och leda IT-infrastrukturprojekt som kontorsrenoveringar och uppgraderingar av mötesrum.

Du kommer även att stödja regionala expansioner i Norge, Danmark och andra länder.

Krav och kompetenser

  • Hantera inköp, budgetar och leverantörsrelationer.
  • Ansvara för IT-hårdvara och mjukvara (Active Directory, Azure).
  • Samarbeta med lokala och europeiska intressenter för att säkerställa att IT-målen överensstämmer med företagets prioriteringar.
