Job Title: Technical Service Manager
The Sigenergy organization seeks a skilled Technical Service Manager to support customers during the installation, maintenance, and repair of devices in our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and Controlling of Service Activities: Plan service processes with local colleagues and HQ. Support installers and wholesalers with service inquiries by telephone or email. Carry out repairs on-site or support installers during initial commissioning if necessary.
- Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Levels: Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
- Communicate Directly with Customers: Communicate directly with customers, identify potential problems, and solve them professionally.
- Train Employees, Customers, and Partners: Organize and lead training sessions for employees, customers, and partners both online and face-to-face. Topics may include installation, maintenance, safety guidelines, and technical aspects of storage systems and inverters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 Years' Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in PV solar & ESS industry, focusing on solution design and project management.
- Strong Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of PV solar & ESS systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven Experience in Customer Care: Proven experience in customer care, service strategy development, and technical support.
- Excellent Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of team in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Software Tools: Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Fluency in English and Swedish: Fluency in English and Swedish; knowledge of German or Chinese a plus.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
