Senior Technical Account Manager

A successful Senior Technical Account Manager will be a key member of our team, responsible for driving technical discussions and advocacy with customers. With 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting experience with distributed applications and technical engineering experience, you'll build solutions, provide technical guidance, and develop trusting relationships with customers.
You'll work closely with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers to ensure customers gain additional value from AWS services. As the centerpiece of value to our Enterprise Support customers, you'll craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, and many more. Your ability to represent AWS within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management will be crucial in this role.
