About You

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). The ideal candidate will have experience in technical consulting, account management, or business analysis, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Coordinate support efforts and solution delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers.
  • Align AvePoint's product line with customer needs.
  • Determine individualized customer success plans based on NPS metrics and customer data.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand sales strategies and identify areas for customer success.
  • Sherpherd existing customers through contract renewal cycles and execute renewals with sales teams.
