Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Coordinate support efforts and solution delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Align AvePoint's product line with customer needs.
- Determine individualized customer success plans based on NPS metrics and customer data.
- Work closely with account managers to understand sales strategies and identify areas for customer success.
- Sherpherd existing customers through contract renewal cycles and execute renewals with sales teams.
