Job Overview:

About the Job:

This role will focus on developing strong relationships with our key customers and winning new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level customers within the Automotive industry.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues related to existing projects with the customer.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the customer, including aligning technical roadmaps and driving RFIs/RFPs.
  • Negotiate contracts with the customer.
  • Advocate for the customer's interests within Northvolt.
Requirements:
  • Possess an MBA or M.Sc. in engineering, including business/finance studies.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in Key account management for a Tier 1 supplier within the Automotive industry.
  • Battery industry experience is valuable, but not necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Show a bold, can-do attitude.
  • Be passionate about creating a positive impact.
  • Display strong leadership skills.
