Key Customer Development Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at Northvolt, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key customers and driving business growth within the Automotive industry.
About the Position:This role requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in Key account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level customers within the Automotive industry.
- Escalate and resolve issues related to existing projects with the customer.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the customer, including aligning technical roadmaps and driving RFIs/RFPs.
- Negotiate contracts with the customer.
- Advocate for the customer's interests within Northvolt.
- Possess an MBA or M.Sc. in engineering, including business/finance studies.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in Key account management for a Tier 1 supplier within the Automotive industry.
- Battery industry experience is valuable, but not necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Show a bold, can-do attitude.
- Be passionate about creating a positive impact.
- Display strong leadership skills.
